Success is never ending we all know than but even failure is never final many of us often forget this fact too. Many times in our day-to-day life we all have been victim of this air of seniority. Time is a great teacher and it teaches a lot as life unfolds itself but does experience also teaches one manners or snatches away from an individual is the question that popped in my mind after experiencing an incident.
If someone has joined some field few years back this is obvious that person will be senior in position as compared to the fresher but there is no guarantee that the person may also be superior in manners. It’s often seen that people take success to their head and don’t hesitate to insult their juniors just to show off their seniority.
School is a place where people send their children to learn manners and become a good human beings if the teacher there herself don’t know how to talk to an individual what values can one expect that she is going to inculcate in any child. What’s the use of one’s experience if one looses the human touch and become so inhuman?
I believe that success is not to be judged on how much worldly possessions one does possess but how much kind hearted, loving and caring one has become with the passage of time. If one really wants to show off their seniority then should show these qualities rather than trying to play god.
