Code of Conduct

Day and night we strive so hard to provide a bright life to our children. We all dream about sending our children to highly reputed institutions so that they can become successful in their lives and that institutions may inculcate great values in them.

Every high and reputed institution have expectations from the students like they should be well mannered, smart, intelligent etc before they admit them but when these institutes appoint staff does they every bother to set standards for them? Do they ever check apart from their qualifications, their behavior and manners?

Staff never even takes a minute to think before they start to abuse the parents. Is working hard to provide our children good education such a big crime that child along with us has to bear with such great humiliation. How far do you want your child to keep silent and let his parents being abused by the teachers in front of entire class?

In our country teacher is considered next to parents but if one is given such a great honor is it not their duty to be respectful towards the parents too. Does being a teacher gives one the right to do or say what ever they want? If a child make a silly mistake they straight away starts to criticize the parents. Do parents study there that they should be ill-treated?

Being parents I think it’s our duty to teach our children when to draw a line and raise their voice against the wrong being done. They should report such behavior of their staff members to the high authorities. After all we don’t pay them so highly to get abused in front of everyone. What is happening with other today can happen with you next.

In Mexico, it is reverse... Parents treat my wife as a nanny, paid not to teach, but to babysit and reward with non-deserving A’s...

Teachers in Mexico have the highest rate of depression, anxiety, gastritis, and stomach ulcers among any working professionals.
